Please be aware that due to the nature of the services offered at our clinic, Drip In Luxe does not offer refunds on any services.

GIFT CARDS 

At Drip In Luxe, gift cards are available for any product or service, with customizable dollar amounts.

  1. All gift cards are provided without an expiration date.
  2. Drip In Luxe holds no liability for lost or stolen gift cards.
  3. Please be aware that once issued, gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded.

PRODUCTS AND HAIR EXTENSSIONS 

All sales are final. When ordering, please take your time and ensure you have ordered the correct item. If after ordering, you realized you ordered the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible to cancel or correct the order for you before it is processed or shipped out.

If order has already been processed and/or shipped, it is out of our hands.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the mistake was on our end (wrong order, product), we will make an exception to correct the mistake. In this case for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return of a wrong order on our part, you can contact us at hello@dripinluxe.com.We will ask you to either send pictures or report physically to the clinic with the item. If your return is accepted (undamaged, unused, unworn), we proceed with a refund or replacement.

You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
